The AutoCreaser Pro 33 is an easy to use paper creasing machine for digital printers, which allows the user to cut, crease and fold by employing a unique creasing rule that eliminates paper tearing and therefore cracking.
This model is based on the AutoCreaser but in addition it offers many new features and benefits to the user. The most obvious difference is the intuitive 7” SmartScreen that controls all the main functions of the AutoCreaser Pro 33.
Using the screen is simplicity itself. Key in the sheet length (popular sizes are pre-set), touch the fold type for the finished product (letter, gate etc) and press the green button. The AutoCreaser Pro 33 paper creasing machine will automatically calculate where the creases need to be and set them accordingly.
Any minor changes to the crease position can be made by touching an arrow in the relevant direction. The productivity of the AutoCreaser Pro 33 has been improved with a massive 50% increase in speed with no loss of accuracy. Now running at 8,500 A4 sheets per hour, and an astonishing 11,000 A5 sph this is our most productive creaser to date.
All settings and adjustments are made using the SmartScreen and as only symbols are used, no translations are necessary, making operator instruction much simpler. An alpha-numeric memory allows an unlimited number of jobs to be stored and named as you choose.
Any changes to the suction drum, feed method, crease position and engineering settings are all made through the SmartScreen which we have developed and designed to make the AutoCreaser Pro 33 the easiest machine to operate whilst offering levels of sophistication never before seen at this price point.
PUR Binding, known as perfect binding is used to create books with a similar appearance to that of a paper backed book, with PUR - the book blocks are milled on the spine to enable the paper to absorb the adhesive. The books are trimmed on 3 sides to produce a professional finished result.
PUR is the strongest, most flexible binding adhesive available and offers several additional advantages over other binding methods. When inks, coatings or digital print toners are present in the spine area these can compromise the strength of typical hotmelt perfect binding. PUR is resistant to this and will form a super-strong bond with all weights and finishes of paper stocks. In addition PUR works well with synthetic and recycled-content stock.
The AeroCut Prime is the top-end slitter/cutter/creaser.
Creasing Unit. The rule & matrix creaser on the AeroCut Prime allows the machine to offer world-class creases on digitally printed stocks. Creasing pressure can be adjusted in 5 levels instantly by shifting the lever.
Slitting / Cutting Units The AeroCut Prime features 2 single blade slitters to trim top & bottom margins of sheets, and 2 double blade slitters, bleed centre gutters and deflect wastes into a waste bin. The durable guillotine cuts stocks up to 400gsm in weight. All the slitter and guillotine blades are self-sharpening.
Feeding Unit The AeroCut Prime feeds printed stocks one-by-one from the top of the ream on the feed tray. The air-suction top feed system feeds even coated stock precisely without damage. There are several features to ensure feeding several weights and qualities of stocks every time.
Intuitive operation The built-in 7" touch screen allows operators to set job programmes and run the machine intuitively and instantly.
Matrix Duplex will halve your production time, laminating both sides of the sheet at the same time.
The award-winning Matrix Duplex is an incredibly cost-effective system that allows printers to laminate single-side, double-side and encapsulate their work, in-house.
The Duplex can also create beautifully finished work using Foils and Special Effect Films. Special custom-made blocks or dies are normally required to create foiling effects. But with the Matrix, this is achievable due to the adjustable pressure from the pneumatic rollers.
The Duplex will laminate both sides of the printed sheet at the same time, halving your production time. Whether you gloss the front and matt the back, or use Anti-scratch film on both sides of the print, changing rolls takes a matter of minutes.

Matrix Pneumatic delivers even faster production times than our standard systems.
The Matrix Pneumatic can run up to twice the speed of our standard systems. Printers can laminate work even faster to get the job finished and back to the customer.
The Pneumatic can also create beautifully finished work using Foils and Special Effect Films. Special custom-made blocks or dies are normally required to create foiling effects. But with the Matrix, this is achievable due to the adjustable pressure from the pneumatic rollers.

Easymount Air is a revolutionary product in the wide format lamination & mounting market.
The patented technology within the award-winning Easymount Air uses one of the most advanced concepts ever seen in a wide format laminator. Pneumatic air pressure controls the laminating rollers, allowing you to mount and laminate with incredible accuracy and speed.
This new technology allows the roller to adjust to the exact thickness and pressure required, giving faster production times. The pneumatic air allows the roller to float down; ensuring Foamex and fluted boards are not crushed. When the rollers achieve the correct board thickness, the roller can be locked in place to keep the required gap, making board feeding more accurate. Mechanical wedges, often used to lock the roller by other pneumatic systems, are not required.

The new Easycoat is a SRA3-size gluing system that adds a layer of adhesive to media. Layers can then be added one-by-one to create a thick substrate that can be used for many applications, including book covers and luxury, high quality business cards.
Each glued layer is placed in the new Easyguide, a unique carrier tray which helps to secure the media in place.
The layers are then passed through the Easymount, adhering and fixing the glued layers by using the systems mounting capabilities. The Easyguide™ gives improved levels of accuracy and precision.

Face Trimmer – the addition of the trimmer removes the shingled effect on the face of the folded document and provides a clean document edge.
Squarefold – this unit adds a square folded spine for a professional, perfect bound look to the finished book.
Hand feeding - Output from any print device can be manually fed through the booklet maker, face trim and squarefold modules.
